The Dropout Cookie was born from a leap of faith a decision to leave school and dedicate myself to creating something truly special. It began as a vision to redefine what a cookie could be: a sweet treat that delights the senses while honoring the integrity of its ingredients. Each cookie is thoughtfully crafted with organic, plant-based, gluten-free, and non-GMO ingredients, free from refined sugar, so that every bite feels nourishing, wholesome, and indulgent all at once.

What started in a humble kitchen grew from countless experiments, careful tasting, and a passion for baking the kind of cookie that feels both luxurious and comforting.
