After a trip to Paris, I was inspired to bring the tradition of French pâtisserie home. As someone who is gluten-free, I set out to recreate the pastries and boulangeries I experienced abroad, without compromise. At 19, I’m self-taught, learning through hands-on experience in my grandmother’s kitchen, where my passion for baking first began.
Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Plant & Pastry is a naturally gluten-free bakery creating refined, thoughtfully made desserts. Rooted in quality and intention, our offerings are designed so everyone can indulge with confidence.
From classic pastries to custom cakes, each piece reflects a focus on balance, beauty, and flavor. You can find us at local farmers markets as we work toward opening our own space.
