From the time I was young, I was drawn to beautiful celebrations, the quiet excitement before a wedding ceremony, the warmth of family gathered together, the joy that fills a room when people share a meal. I fell in love not only with creating beautiful desserts, but with the art of hospitality itself. Serving others has always felt like a privilege.

At eighteen years old, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life. I left college as a pre-med student to pursue this dream with everything I had. It wasn't the conventional path, but I knew in my heart that creating meaningful experiences for people was exactly where I belonged.

Every wedding cake, every pastry, every dessert table is created with the hope that it becomes a small part of someone's happiest memories. Whether you're celebrating a wedding, welcoming a new baby, gathering with family, or simply sharing dessert with someone you love, it means the world to know that something we've created is part of your story.

My dream is that one day Plant & Pastry will have a place to call home, a warm bakery where the smell of fresh pastries greets you at the door, where couples stop in to plan their weddings, families gather over coffee and dessert, and every guest feels genuinely cared for.
